Purpose

Document important life decisions with context, alternatives considered, and rationale.

Format

Use numbered filenames: - 001-buy-vs-rent.md - 002-school-choice.md - 003-career-change.md

Template

Each decision record should include: - Date - Context (what led to this decision) - Options considered - Decision made - Rationale

Remember

Decision records are immutable. Once written, they should not be edited.
